This is the third attempt to bake cupcakes.... last two times were not successful. This time round I tried a simpler cupcakes recipe, without cream, without fancy toppings but succeeded ! So happy to see my cupcake babies standing plumply on wire rack ... ha ha.

Took some shots for what I had bought from Taiwan. Taiwanese likes to describe shopping as 败家, sounds like BUY.

Day two in Taichung. We strolled around the hotel again. Walked the same path again to National Taiwan Musuem of Fine Arts....but...was closed on MONDAY !! Wasted our walking efforts again. lol

If talk about how to find/choose hotels in Taiwan...I must say internet is the greatest  invention. However the best is Google search ...ha ha...all info can be found online, furthermore even a little motel in Taiwan, they will have their website !

I did realize I had been very long winded... intended to blog each day by only one entry but now splitted into 3.... oh no, but there are really a lot to tell.... bleh.....

Must blog about the hotel we stayed for 2 nights in Taichung, because was very and super working friendly environment for those business travellers. Even though we were not but was an enjoyable stay.

Taichung in our itenaries was due to Jazz Festival there. Knew about this from I magazine, so went to have a look. Crowd, happening, packed, but more impressed with food stalls there. Ha.
