Re: Baby food making
Hi Jasz, are you also Dr denmark's recipe follower or tried out this recipe after read my blog? Anyway, glad to know that your baby likes the food and even till now I still do mush for my a year old girl. :)
Do share with me how is it going now and does your baby still like it? I am sure the happiest thing in this world is seeing your precious one finishes up what you prepared for her and feeding is no longer a battle right? ;)
Re: Baby food making
Hi Mummy!

I just started baby mush for my baby girl yesterday.

My recipes are

Brown Rice Cereal + Chicken Breast + Banana + Grapes + Spinach

and my bb finished the food within 10mins.

I also freeze up the mush and hopefully my bb will still want them.

Let's see how it goes!

Cheers!
Re: How am I doing recently after being a full time mum for 9 months?
Fiona, I am glad that you are sharing the same feel with me so I would not feel so awful for complaining as a homemaker. Is really true that you must get down then do it so you can understand how difficult or how much effort you need to put in to get the result, sometimes might not be the result you want. Btw, I will remember what you said 'the happiest people do not necessary have the best things' ! :) I feel blessed as I have a sweet friend like you.

My prenatal urine test during previous checkup was showing sugar level 1+ thus doctor asked me what I ate before the checkup. I ate meesiam, yeah, the gravy was quite sweet. So after an hour to make sure full digestion of food, doctor ordered me to do a hypocount test. The result showed I had abnormal level of glucose in my blood furthermore my maternal granny is having diabetes since her young time so I need to do glucose test during next visit. This really affected my mood. But luckily this symptom only showed now, which during my second half of pregnancy else I need to worry since very early till delivery. Normally doctor will request the mum-to-be to do a glucose tolerance test when week 26~28 weeks if she has strong family history on diabetes. So coincidentally, my sugar level showed abnormal around this period.

Recently I like to stay in Chloe's room and do my works. Glaring problem solved, so I enjoy more to stay in the room. The late afternoon is relaxing moment of a day. Having a cup of decaffeinated tea and biscuits/bread for tea time is just nice. This is my happiness moment.

Thinking to draw a new banner for quite some times but always in the lowest priority and always forgot. Finally, I drew it. At first, thinking what to draw... then this image appeared in my mind. There is a story behind....

This trip was supposed to be made for 5th month photo shooting..ha ha, but was raining that morning. So finally we went to Singapore Botanic Garden to have a leisure late afternoon. Like I mentioned before, I like to spend time with kids at these natural places instead of shopping shopping shopping... cw also said, in future, he wanna bring Chloe out every weekend to play sand, to play by beach or just lying on grasses. I do hope our Chloe will like it, not like her cousin Ziling. Ha.

Is 6th month now, being a mum-to-be is not an easy task as need to prepare mentally and physically. Reading parenthood books and magazines is a common homework so I am thinking to share what I had read/am reading.... ha ha, mum's talk!
