Re: Baby food making
Hi Jasz, are you also Dr denmark's recipe follower or tried out this recipe after read my blog? Anyway, glad to know that your baby likes the food and even till now I still do mush for my a year old girl. :)
Do share with me how is it going now and does your baby still like it? I am sure the happiest thing in this world is seeing your precious one finishes up what you prepared for her and feeding is no longer a battle right? ;)
Re: Baby food making
Hi Mummy!

I just started baby mush for my baby girl yesterday.

My recipes are

Brown Rice Cereal + Chicken Breast + Banana + Grapes + Spinach

and my bb finished the food within 10mins.

I also freeze up the mush and hopefully my bb will still want them.

Let's see how it goes!

Cheers!
Re: How am I doing recently after being a full time mum for 9 months?
Fiona, I am glad that you are sharing the same feel with me so I would not feel so awful for complaining as a homemaker. Is really true that you must get down then do it so you can understand how difficult or how much effort you need to put in to get the result, sometimes might not be the result you want. Btw, I will remember what you said 'the happiest people do not necessary have the best things' ! :) I feel blessed as I have a sweet friend like you.

Must blog about the hotel we stayed for 2 nights in Taichung, because was very and super working friendly environment for those business travellers. Even though we were not but was an enjoyable stay.

Here we were in Taichung.

I managed to take this shot while rail was speeding in.

Taiwan spent much efforts in encouraging recycle and save the earth. Below was a poster : Thank you for taking public transport.

This was my 'junk' shot...ha ha, just found it interesting to see these user friendly and labeled with very clear message accessories in female toilet cubicle.

We took feeder bus again from Taichung Station to Taichung city as our booked hotel was there. Is free and convenient, just besides the station. There are several routes to different destinations in Taichung.

By taking public buses we can view different angles for a place as it will go around the town/city. So the best part for back-packing is be able to understand culture, people, uniqueness for a place thoroughly.

I concluded Taiwan's culture/uniqueness.

#1 - Motorbikes, they will have their dedicated lane on the road.

#2 - 槟榔(Areca catechu)and of course sexy ladies

#3 - Motels

#4 - Vet Hospitals. I found that Taiwanese super like dogs, they will bring their pets to 7-eleven, Watson, strolling in night market, even go to packed Jazz Festival. If their dogs unable to go in the crowd, they will just tie their dogs at the entrance.

#5 - Bakery and cake shops. Not like ours in Singapore, either Breadtalk or Four Leaf, they have a lot of varieties and each with their branding.

#6 - Must not forget about 7-eleven and starbucks. Sometimes can be few along a street.

#7 - Neatness of public message board

Finally, reached hotel ~ Hotel One, is a new hotel which opened last year. Total is 46 floors building.

Our package is NT8588 (around SGD385) . This package included one dinner for 2, one high tea for 2 and 2N business suite stay. Very worth it for the room and service they provided. Most important is it is very near to Jazz Festival and SOGO.

Our room was located at level 32. Can view it clearly Taichung city outside.

Big TV is nothing special, but we could have our laptop output to this TV and watched movie we saved. That was something new !

Another cool thing, we could watch TV in bathroom !

There is weighing machine provided and of course full set of toiletries. Even included hair rubber band.

Why did I say this suite was very working friendly for business traveller? Because you can have complimentary business name card printed for you upon check-in which made you feel like you are home. Furthermore, what you need for workstation are all ready for you.

Stationaries and even a printer for you. All complimentary !

A music CD for you to play during your stay.

Nice and neat snack bar.

I guessed this wonderful hotel staying memory will make me come back again !

Ha ha, this one in Taichung was selected by my hubby. Of course, need to do some homeworks beforehand. Later will blog one on how to select hotels. Oh ya, I saw your 曼哈顿 !Is quite near to my first night motel. There is one street, all with bridal shops. Yours is one of them. When I saw it, I told my hubby, ee....that one seems like you engaged one. Then I checked your blog again just now. Should be the one in Taipei !
